Recovery and Securing of Hundreds of Vehicles Following the Insolvency of One of Germany’s Leading Mobility Providers

Challenge

Following the insolvency of one of the largest mobility service providers in Germany, a client from the financial sector faced the urgent need to recover and secure a significant number of vehicles dispersed across the country.

The scale of the project was enormous. The insolvency proceedings involved tens of thousands of vehicles, affecting banks, leasing companies, and financial institutions. An additional challenge was that some vehicles were located in unknown locations or were still being used by unauthorized individuals.

Due to the need to conduct operational activities throughout Germany, the client entrusted the execution of the project to AVS Germany.
